Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped, except in limited circumstances outlined below.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to assist in resolution but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


Age Verification

All orders are subject to age verification. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.


Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • Confirmed damage during transit
  • Incorrect item fulfillment
  • Verified fulfillment error on our end

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information
